Is any way to reset the scraping queue?

There are thousands of products that already been removed.

Currently not a great interface for that, but everything in the queue is in the table called: pcpro_scrape_queue
So – you could delete everything from that table with this SQL command:
DELETE FROM pcpro_scrape_queue
