I can confirm the email address you provided is correct and is present in our orders system. I can also confirm our email system is working, but I checked the logs and I see the following error for your email domain (email redacted):

Verification failed for [redacted] The mail server could not deliver mail to [redacted]. The account or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns entries. Sender verify failed

What that error means is that for some reason your email server has blacklisted our domain. We never spam, so it’s a little odd – can you check your end?

I’ve updated an extra setting on our outbound mail server so your mail server should be able to authenticate us now and allow the emails through. Please confirm.
