Requirements
Is WooCommerce required?
No. WordPress page and administrator profiling work without WooCommerce. Shop, cart, checkout and order measurements require WooCommerce.
What does it need to run?
WordPress 6.2 or later and PHP 7.4 or later. WooCommerce is optional; the WooCommerce measurements need WooCommerce 8.2 or later. Function-level profiling additionally needs the optional excimer extension, covered in Installing the Optional Profiling Extras.
Data and privacy
Does Traffic recording send visitor data to the community service?
No. Traffic recording stores its observations in this site’s own database. Community sharing submits profiling-run evidence through a separate opt-in workflow.
What happens when I delete the plugin?
Saved analysis data is retained by default. Before deleting the plugin, enable Delete all SSPA data when the plugin is deleted in History if you want its profiling tables, settings and managed test objects removed. Deleting local data does not delete evidence you previously submitted to the community service.
