Latest monitored benchmark: the 10,000-product initial and update runs now include CPU, RAM, disk, visitor TTFB, wp-admin TTFB and managed-host projections. Read Super Speedy Imports vs WebToffee Free or the new three-way importer benchmark.
Independent, reproducible WooCommerce import benchmarks for Product Import Export for WooCommerce by WebToffee. These runs use the free WordPress.org edition, version 2.6.5, with the same exact CSV files later supplied to Super Speedy Imports.

Published runs
- 10,000 products, initial import: 886.904 seconds in the deterministic repeat, with 10,000 products published. The earlier run took 1,016.141 seconds browser wall time.
- 10,000-row product synchronisation: 358.644 seconds in the deterministic repeat, with 2,500 changed products and 1,000 new products applied. The free edition retained the 1,000 products omitted from the feed. The earlier run took 488.235 seconds browser wall time.
How we tested
The plugin was configured through its own browser interface, matching existing products by SKU and updating matched records. Its batch size was raised from 10 to 100. In the earlier run, the runner recorded 100 sequential import-batch requests for each feed, every recorded response returned HTTP 200, and no more than one import-batch request began in any one-second bucket. The environment table below describes that earlier run; the deterministic repeat used a four-vCPU Hetzner server and the same CSV files, and its measured figures are in the repeat’s result data. The repeat ran on WordPress 7.0.3 and WooCommerce 11.0.0, as stated on the comparison page.
| Component | Value |
|---|---|
| Server | Hetzner benchmark VPS, 4 vCPU, 8,121,954,304 bytes RAM |
| Stack | PHP 8.2.33, MariaDB 10.11.18, WooCommerce 10.3.8 |
| Isolation | Hetzner snapshot 390805640 restored before each plugin |
| Dataset | The exact same CSV bytes were supplied to both plugins |
| Images | None, so the test isolates CSV parsing and WooCommerce data writes |

These figures describe one controlled setup. Your absolute time will vary with hosting, data shape, plugins and WooCommerce configuration.
