Why is my import slow?

Start with the stage timings on the completion screen or in import history. They show whether the time is spent downloading images, loading the file, matching records, writing fields or completing follow-up work.

For slow database stages, check the database session tuning option and the database’s available memory and disk space. Review the parallel-worker count against the server’s capacity. More workers can increase contention on a busy server.
