Support

How to get support

Three routes, all of them answered by the engineers who wrote the code.

Reply to any order email
Every order and licence email comes from an address a person reads. Reply to it and you get a human answer. There is no ticket queue and no first-line script to get past.
Talk to the engineers on Discord
Usually the fastest route. Ask in the server and you are talking directly to the people who build the plugins, alongside other store owners running the same setups. Join the Discord server.
Read the knowledge base
Every plugin has getting started guides, a troubleshooting page and an FAQ, written from the questions that actually come up in support. Browse the knowledge base.

Chat with everyone

This is the general chat on our Discord server, where store owners and our engineers talk. Read it here, or join the server to take part.

Read the Discord channel here

The live channel loads from WidgetBot when you ask for it, so it costs this page nothing until then.

Plugin support channels

Each plugin has its own support channel on the Discord server. Ask there about that plugin.

Each plugin has its own support channel on our Discord. This is how busy each one has been.

For anything else

Pre-sales questions, licensing, or a site you would rather someone looked at directly.

Use the contact form
For pre-sales questions, licensing and anything that does not belong in a public channel. Get in touch.
Request a performance audit
If you would rather someone went through the site with you, Super Speedy Performance Analysis is a hands-on look at what is slow on your store and why.

Documentation and changelogs, plugin by plugin

Each plugin has its own knowledge base section and its own changelog. Every release is listed, with dates.

Guides that are not about one plugin

Licensing, betas, debug logs, and the wider question of what makes a WordPress store slow.

General guides

  • Super Speedy basics. Adding your licence key, getting support, enabling the debug log, choosing between beta and core versions, and upgrade and renewal discounts.
  • Performance optimisation. Stack guides and tips for site owners and developers, independent of which plugins you run.
  • WordPress imports. Why large product imports get slow, how to find the bottleneck, and what to do about each one.

Every changelog in one place

Version numbers, dates and what changed, for every plugin.

Release history

  • All changelogs. Latest version and recent release counts for every plugin, on one page.
  • Found a bug, or want something added? Raise it on Discord or reply to your order email. Both reach the same engineers.
