Yes. Super Speedy Ajax Prices makes full-page caching safe on catalogue pages. It serves the cached page with placeholders, then fetches each visitor’s correct price in one batched AJAX request after load.
Which caching plugins does it work with?
It sits alongside WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, NitroPack and Cloudflare or edge caching. Just leave admin-ajax.php uncached.
What does a visitor see while the live price loads?
The cached price occupies the correct space but is marked as loading so it is not mistaken for the final price. The default softly dims it; you can instead show a spinner or loading text. Logged-in visitors keep the cached guest price hidden until their own price arrives. If the request fails or exceeds three seconds, the cached price is revealed rather than leaving the space blank. Without JavaScript, per-visitor replacement cannot run; the fallback reveals the cached price, so stores whose prices differ by visitor should require JavaScript.
Can I use my existing country or multi-currency pricing plugin?
Yes. Normal Ajax loads the complete plugin stack and runs WooCommerce’s normal pricing pipeline, so your existing pricing rules apply. Fast and Ultra modes load the price-affecting plugins selected in settings; common pricing-plugin names are detected automatically, and the built-in benchmark checks their prices against Normal Ajax before recommending a faster mode.
Which product types are supported?
AJAX price replacement supports simple and variable products. With optional stock refresh enabled, built-in adapters also return per-item availability for WooCommerce Product Bundles and Composite Products.
Can I refresh stock as well as prices?
Yes. You can optionally refresh stock levels and loop Add-to-Cart buttons in the same batched request, so cached pages never show sold-out items as buyable.
Can cached pages be served to visitors with a basket, or to logged-in customers?
The plugin itself is built for ordinary visitors: your caching plugin serves guests from cache, while visitors with a basket or a login bypass the cache as normal and see live pages. Serving fully cached pages to basket holders and even logged-in customers is possible as well, but most themes and plugin stacks need compatibility work first. We carry that out as a service – request a compatibility assessment.
Can I try it without my visitors seeing any change?
Yes. TEST mode is the default: your visitors see the store exactly as before, while a secret preview link shows you the new behaviour on your real shop. The link keeps working as you click around, and a warning sits in your admin the whole time so you cannot forget TEST mode is on. Flip the switch to LIVE when the benchmark and the customer comparison confirm your prices match.
What happens when a product sells out while the page sits in cache?
With stock refresh on, the whole Add to Cart area is refreshed from the live server. A sold-out product loses its quantity box and button and shows your store’s own back-in-stock form, styled and working because its scripts are preloaded; a restocked product gets its quantity box and button back. It works in both directions, on classic and block themes, and needs no knowledge of which notifier plugin you use.
